About MSD Evolution

MSD Evolution full-time academy in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham is run by Mike and Andree who are passionate about teaching and sharing their skills and knowledge with all students. Both have competed and won at a high level in kickboxing and K-1, with over 30 years of martial arts and fitness training and 18 years of teaching full-time both have vast experience to help you learn new skills and enjoy your martial arts journey in a fully equipped and one of the largest martial arts centres in the Cheltenham area.

They are motivational and friendly while bringing high energy to every lesson they teach and every one of the MSD team has the same enthusiasm and drive to deliver the best lessons every single time. With our satellite club now running in Leckhampton, the growth and quality of MSD are being shared in more locations.

Our Classes

Kids Karate 3+ age

Starting them young is perfect for listening, balance, coordination, and basic Karate skills, giving students a fantastic headstart while learning to concentrate on what instructors say and paying attention from an early age.

Junior Cadets Karate 9+

This class is perfect for building on confidence and attitude towards others while learning new techniques and skills, Karate students are shown Katas (patterns of moves) and Judo throws along with Karate strikes, blocks & footwork.

Adult Karate and Judo 14+

White belts all the way through to black belts, you will be shown how to improve techniques while working on fitness and strength to help raise your overall level of mental well-being and skill, with help and guidance from instructors.

Junior Kickboxing 5+

Junior Kickboxing is ideal for age group 5 + it is great for fitness and fun while making new friends while learning pad drills and combinations of punching and kicking, which in turn builds confidence and belief.
